A big pool with a built-in hydromassage jacuzzi that we adults never left. A big fenced yard where the kids enjoyed sports while we adults stayed at the outdoor bar. The inside of the villa deserves all the praise too, especially as it has a washing machine and every appliance you could use. Very clean, tidy and modern. All praise. We are coming back, first in winter (they have central heating), and then in summer.
Villa Olana is a villa in Bokanjac, a quiet area outside Zadar. You rent all of it, so the pool, the court and the yard are yours alone.

Tennis and basketball court
A big court beside the house, with a hoop and a net. You can play basketball, tennis and badminton, and tennis equipment is provided.
Outdoor bar and fireplace
An outdoor fireplace with a grill and a bar with stools, a few steps from the pool.
Two pergolas
One covers a long wooden table with benches, for lunch and dinner outside. The other shades loungers and a hanging chair by the water.
Fenced yard
The whole estate is fenced, so children have room to play. The covered terrace has seating, and the balcony looks over the pool and the garden.

A great location, so close to the city and the city beaches and yet secluded, where you have your peace. A big pool and a big playing court beside the house where you can play all kinds of sports like basketball, tennis, badminton and so on. A proper big fireplace with a bar, really everything in one place. In a word, TOP
The house and especially the outdoor area is sooo great! The communication with Olana is very good and the check-in and check-out works perfectly! We would love to come back.
Very nice, secluded villa with an amazing pool. Suitable for young adults and families. Due to the large property and the tennis court, many activities are possible. Many shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The beaches around Zadar are about 15 minutes by car. A beautiful, relaxing holiday destination.
It was very well equipped, with extras that were useful such as condiments, dishwasher tablets and toiletries. A few groceries including a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit was provided on arrival.
